Asia-Pacific Futures Network 2020

APFN is the space for futurists to analyze, synthesize, and reflect on emerging issues and trends, create new knowledge and experiences for anticipatory action learning education and research, and strengthen the link between futures theory and practice in Asia. Previous years focused on case studies of the use of foresight in transforming the region and if futures thinking differed foundationally across regions.

Insights and experience sharing on various initiatives done globally. Parallel slots will give a more focused perspectives which are on Academic ideas, Government & Public Service strategic experience as well as from the Industry and Social case studies.

Output-based Workshop: Imagining Asia Pacific 2030(Shared Prosperity)

This half-a-day workshop is dedicated to explore on the future scenario for the region. Facilitated by experienced Futurists, 4 focus areas are selected that are commonly significant for a nation development – Education, Safety & Security, Technology & Innovation, and Economy. Let’s unveil and pen our concerted vision and bring the idea back to our organisation.
